1 lb. Rigatoni
One can of your favorite spaghetti sauce
8 slices of Provolone or Mozzarella cheese
A hand full of Pizza Pepperoni
One green pepper.
Cook rigatoni as directed on the box. In a pot, saute your vegetables in a little butter until they start to get soft. Slice the pepperoni into small pieces. Add pepperoni and spaghetti sauce to the pot and simmer for about 15 more mins. Mix the sauce and Rigatoni. Place half the mixture into a baking dish. Cover with half the cheese. Place the rest of the mixture in the baking dish and cover with the rest of the cheese. Bake covered at 375 for about 1/2 hours. You can uncover the last 10 min to crisp the top.
