Music News: The Hype Magazine celebrates the Season with 24 Issues of Giving

Indianapolis, IN – The Hype Magazine, America’s #1 digital media outlet announces its annual 24 issues of giving for the holiday season of 2012.  This program features 24 unique issues for the Christmas month of 2012 with hand picked promotional covers highlighting the “next to blow” artists of this year. The promotional cover run will kick off with the first issue on December 2nd and ending on Christmas Day.  This will make it one issue a day for 24 consecutive days.

The Hype Magazine celebrated its 10th anniversary in September 2012 and the publisher Jameelah “Just Jay” Wilkerson decided to show appreciation to industry by giving back during the Christmas month.

I wanted to offer something to the artists, once a year so we can showcase a lot of the regional talent that have been busting a move all year to get in where they fit in, that we as The Hype Magazine feel are cover worthy,” says Wilkerson, “We also wanted to offer a platform for artists and companies releasing new material and presenting new branding opportunities for the New Year” she continues.

The Hype Magazine will also offer companies and artists an opportunity to advertise in the outlet with their “Black Friday” 50% off specials. “We will charge for promotional placement, but all pricing will be cut in half.” Says Wilkerson.

The 24 issues of giving will be digital issues and The Hype Magazine will have print on demand capabilities for each issue.  The Magazine has nearly 1 million views per month and almost 100,000 subscribers on the site, who receive the magazine instantly once it is released.  There is no charge to subscribe to the digital version of the magazine.
