Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will give you complete control over your email accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can set up a new e-mail box in an instant and administer its settings easily. In addition, you can forward mails from one e-mailbox account to another, finetune mail filters, set up auto-response messages and protect your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your mailbox accounts against spam email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested electronic mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular email box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming email messages on the basis of specific criteria set by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and change the e-mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one email box account to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Just choose the e-mail box account you wish to redirect e-mails from, then select the target mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the email client of your liking to access your e-mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you wish to set up on your PC or mobile device and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box will be set up in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple e-mailbox accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager will also allow you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
