Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management tool, which will grant you absolute authority over your e-mail box accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can create a brand new e-mailbox account in no time and manage its settings with ease. Also, you can forward electronic mails from one email box account to another, set up mail filters, set up auto-response messages and guard your mailbox accounts against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your e-mail boxes against spam electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome email messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages based on certain rules set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your mail accounts and change the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Simply select the e-mail box you would like to forward e-mail messages from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choice to access your mailboxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you would like to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
