Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management tool, which will grant you complete authority over your e-mail boxes and mailing lists. With this user-friendly interface, you can set up a brand new email account in no time and administer its settings with ease. Plus, you can redirect mail messages from one email account to another, configure e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and secure your electronic mail accounts against spam electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired electronic mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages according to certain criteria set by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly create a filter for any of your e-mail accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mails from one email account to another, or even to a number of other electronic mail accounts. Simply select the e-mailbox you want to redirect messages from, then choose the destination mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your liking to access your mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you would like to set up on your desktop PC or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
